On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Inventory
When attempting to process records in the RCV interface via "Receiving Open Interface Version 2" - "ProcessorServiceV2", the following error occurs intermittently;
ERROR

The transaction date must be earlier than or equal to 19-06-2018.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate the RCV interface with records via Receiving Open Interface Version 2
2. Attempt to process the records in the RCV interface via ProcessorServiceV2
3. Note the errors
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the User cannot receive the material needed to fulfill the order. Material may have to be bought again by the internal warehouse generating the requisition so that critical dates are met. This doubles to cost of fulfilling the order, and could cause material waste.
