Goal

In R13 Fusion Incentive Compensation. we found there are SOAP web service WSDL definition changes in R13.
Please confirm that it is recommended to use revised R13 WSDLs for web service calls and stop using old WSDLs after R13 upgrade.
Provide guidance on WSDL changes required for web service calls in R13.
