Goal

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Participants

A specific custom qualifier on
participant detail does not work on run participant assignment process
  1.Created DFF for participant details
  2.Created qualifying criteria for DFF
  3.Created Role from Manage Roles
  4.created the participant assignment rule (Qualifying
criteria based on DFF and Assignments->created role)
  5.run->deploy participant assignment rules
  6.run->participant assignment rule
  7. jobs are successful but roles are not getting assigned
(Error:""A matching rule was found, but the rule assignments are outside the
period of the participant effective dates")

  Tried by adding the participant to the roles from manage roles and got assigned.

After we run the participant assignment process. It seen that process ignore the condition for specific custom qualifier.

I deleted the assignment rule,custom rule qualifier, deleted the flexfield segment- re -setup the flexfield , lookup and value set, defined the custom rule qualifier,

But the result were the same.
