Oracle CX Mobile - Imported Notes Displayed With Garbage Characters (Doc ID 2427892.1)

Customer has imported notes related to Accounts. These notes contains special characters to put spaces or start new lines (for example /b). After importing the notes we noticed that on the WEB UI and on Oracle Sales Cloud Mobile App the notes are displayed in the right way; on the other hand, using Oracle CX the notes appear with those "special characters".

We have this problem in production environment.
