On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

Unable to remove search buttons under Subtab for custom and standard objects


After R13 upgrade search buttons are additionally added to custom and standard objects.

Ex: When we open deal record under deal object we have subtabs called Lead,contact and team. In subtabs we have search buttons. We need to remove search buttons from subtabs.
