Timestamp in Monitor Workflow Window Does Not Match Users Time Zone

The time displayed in the Monitor Workflow page does not match the time zone of the user logged into Prime.
The time displayed in the Monitor Workflow page matches the time zone of the user logged into Prime.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Prime.
2. Use the drop down and select Workspace.
3. Select a company.
4. From the tool bar select Workflows and Forms\Monitor Workflows.
5. Note the time in the Start Date and Due Date entries are not correct.
