Users Without Permission to Terminate Records Are Able to Do So (Doc ID 2428429.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Users that do not have Permissions to Terminate a record are able to do so.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Users that do not have Permissions to Terminate a record should not be able to Terminate the record.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to a Business Process (BP) log where user does not have Permissions to Terminate a record.
  2. Open record that is not in a Terminal or Terminated status.
  3. Note that user can Terminate the record by clicking on File > Terminate or Menu Options > Terminate Record.
