Argus Console Access to only certain instances

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Experiencing issues accessing Argus console areas for a few, but not all enterprises.
When attempting to access the console, open Argus Global Application page
Select an enterprise from the Argus Application page
Argus Applications page opens
Select Argus console and immediately receive the message “Please close all other child Argus applications before this action and then click on OK button”.
Upon receiving this message there is a “Blank Page – Internet Explorer” page that opens behind this screen
When closing the blank page and clicking “OK” on the child Argus application message, the console page does open
Select any tab in the console, receive the following message; unable to access any tab in the console:
Selecting “Ok” on this message and attempting to make another selection in the Argus Console,receive the message again.
