Symptoms
Getting an error when trying to associate a Business Unit scope to open the System Parameters in Setup and Maintenance
ERROR
You do not have the required permission to perform this task. Your applications security administrator can grant you one of the authorized roles listed for this task.
STEPS
1. Login user has seeded security role ( Incentive Compensation Application Administrator ORA_CN_INCENTIVE_COMPENSATION_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB )
2. Navigator > Setup and Maintenance > Incentive Compensation Offerings > Task: System Parameter
Note: This is the first time opening this form so need to associate the business unit as the scope
a. Business Unit = Select and Add
b. Click on [ Apply and Go to Task ] and get the error message
