Request Type Column Not Populated In DOO_FULFILL_LINES_ALL (Doc ID 2428533.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 05, 2018

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Order Management Cloud Service - Version 11.13.17.11.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Request Type' Information (Arrive On/ Ship On) entered during the Order creation in the Shipment Details.
This is visible on the application throughout the life of a Sales Order. However, Request type data but does not populate in 'DOO_FULFILL_LINES_ALL' table. Customer has the requirement to report this in the Report.

select request_type * FROM fusion.DOO_FULFILL_LINES_ALL WHERE HEADER_ID
IN(SELECT HEADER_ID FROM fusion.DOO_HEADERS_ALL WHERE ORDER_NUMBER='XX')
----> Result - Blank

REQUEST_TYPE -Indicates if the scheduling request is of type SHIP or ARRIVAL

This can be reproduced internally.
Create SO by Inputting Request Type as 'Arrive On' in the Shipment Details. Submit the Order. Query the Order in the UI and Request Type has values as 'Arrive On' in the Shipment Details.
Now Query the Order in the Back end. request_type will be NULL.

Please let me know. Which field this value should be populated?
