Login Prompt for P6 Professional 18.x Does Not Display When Installed With Multiple P6 Professional Versions (Doc ID 2428551.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When attempting to start P6 Professional 18.6 or higher that was installed side by side with a 15.2 or 16.1 version of P6 Professional, the login prompt does not display.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The login prompt displays for user to select a database alias and enter their user credentials.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Install P6 Professional 18.6 or higher while a 15.2 or 16.1 version of P6 Professional is already installed.
  2. Start P6 Professional 18.x.
  3. Issue occurs.
