ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Post May patching, the system stopped displaying the warning message:
Error PJF-2235717 You Must Specify A Classification Code For Each Required
and allows the project for approval.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the system from stopping the approval submission when there is no Classification associated
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change the project status to approved / Submitted without a class code
2. System does not display a warning
