While Accessing Attachments A User Login Is Requested (Doc ID 2428895.1)

Symptoms

In the Developer Cloud Service it is not possible to access attachments in Wiki Collaboration. Every time the attachments are clicked on, a <LOGIN> page appears and we are not able to pass this <LOGIN> page.
In view mode trying to access the attachments by clicking the link, you are prompted to <LOGIN> into the Cloud, even though you are already logged in.
