HCM Cloud Mobile – Accessing HCM Cloud Via Mobile Device Renders Blank Home Page (Doc ID 2428992.1)

On : version, HCM Cloud Mobile Application or mobile browser

After upgrade from REL 12 PB 17 to REL 13 18.02, users are not able to login to the HCM Cloud Home Page

No error message. User sees screen showing only Navigator icon.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter correct host
2. Enter correct credentials
3. Landing page as shown below:


The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use either a mobile browser or the HCM Cloud Mobile App to access the HCM Cloud service.
