Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, UK - United Kingdom Legislation

When attempting to attach the time definition id to the element,
the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
"A time definition for a standard work week must use the static definition type. (PAY-1635796)
The standard work week defined on a payroll consists of 168 consecutive hours that do not change. It can be used to satisfy an assortment of legislative requirements."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. created the elements and Time definition;
2. cannot associate it to elements created;
3. The Time definition ID XX_Weekly it errors every time.

User observation:
Just to confirm that this does not work from front end. As workaround the support team executes scripts for the elements that require association to time dimension id.
We provide the list of element and support team executes the script for association. This was done in previous occasion to other accounts.

I don't have the SR as it is difficult to find the SR that is closed from our end. If you can find that's fine.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create elements respecting specific business requirements.
