Symptoms

You're attempting to run a consolidation, but the process fails with an error: "Level 0 members cannot have Label Only Data Storage member 'FCCS_Rate Override Accounts'".  In reviewing your application, certain shared members that had been created as descendants of FCCS_Amount Override and FCCS_Rate_Override are no longer present.

Changes

You've recently changed the Exchange Rate property for some Account members from either Historical Rate Override or Historical Amount Override to No Rate.
