Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Contract Authoring

When attempting to sign a particular contract the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
One or both Username and Password are invalid


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Contract Management > Contracts > Actions > Sign Contract
2) The above error is displayed
