Problem
--------------
Oracle APEX 18.1 new feature Floating Data Entry Option is not available using migrated/upgraded application.
Upgraded from APEX 5.1 to 18.1 and everything is working properly. The only problem is there is not an option "Optional - floating" as a possible choice in the appearance of the field.
The only possible options are: Optional / Optional above / Required / Required above and hidden.
