After configuring Load Balancer as a Service (LBaaS), a client web service application is unable to connect to an application that is deployed in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The LBaaS connection appears to be timing out and the client gets a "Connection reset" exception:
The connection works if LBaaS is removed and the connection is directly from the client to the application, without going through the Load Balancer.
The issue occurs after deploying the server side application in OCI and configuring LBaaS.
