Creating access rules fails in java cloud service instance

Unable to create access rule. Compute Error: Unable to service the request. {"message": {"oplans": "orchestrations may consist of between 1 and 10 oplans: instead got 11"}}


 Service Console --> click Manage this service , and then select Access Rules -->click Create Rule-->In the Rule Name field, enter a name for the access rule --> Enter details of source field, Destination field, port and protocol details. --> Click Create. It throws below error :
