Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Service Requests

Message Content: A value is required

Service Request : Nav : Messages > Compose > Customer Entry - Post:error “Message Content : A value is required.”

Steps
1. Edit an SR
2. Nav : Messages > Compose >Customer Entry
3. It asks for “Channel Type” and “From” (The message content box is also displayed)
4. After entered the above fields, the “Message” field disappear and I could not enter anything against the message
5. When user hit “Post” , user get an error “Message Content : A value is required.” :

It was working in a previous version.



BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users unable to send messages/emails from within SRs
