Symptoms

When attempting to accessing Detail Line Items in the Android Unifier Mobile app, the following error displays in a pop-up window:

Data download in progress...

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to the Android Unifier Mobile app.
  2. Navigate to the applicable Business Process.
  3. Attempt to open its Line Items.
  4. View reported error.
