'Data download in progress...' Displays When Accessing Detail Line Items in the Android Unifier Mobile App

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to accessing Detail Line Items in the Android Unifier Mobile app, the following error displays in a pop-up window:
Data download in progress...
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login to the Android Unifier Mobile app.
- Navigate to the applicable Business Process.
- Attempt to open its Line Items.
- View reported error.
