Images In Sales Campaign email notification Is Not Directing to correct url When Clicked (Doc ID 2430191.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

When attempting to navigate to Sales Cloud through the survey link in email,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

xxxxxxxxxxxxx’s server IP address could not be found.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
"I have created a sales campaign using the feature "Sales Campaign" in Oracle Sales Cloud, for sending some invitation or promotion, and other marketing intentions to the customer. I already put the right HTML and before I send the campaign, I always preview (using button preview on sales campaign creation page) and it works fine/ link to the right address when I click.

But after I send the campaign, in end user side, when they open the email, and try to click the image, the link is not working. It show "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx’s server IP address could not be found." message. Before this, issue like this never happen in the environment."
