Unable To Fetch Employees For The Newly Added Departments To Department Tree (Doc ID 2430243.1)

Goal

Added the newly added departments to the required department tree which is associated with an Organization Security Profile and further that Organization Security Profile is associated with the Person Security Profile.

On addition of departments, the Department tree version went to Draft status.  Ran the Online Audit to make it Active but the PER_DEPT_TREE_NODE_RF_V view is not updating
