SSO: 403 Forbidden Error Occurs On The First Attempt To Career Section (Doc ID 2430368.1)

Symptoms

A 403 Forbidden error occurs when an internal Candidate first attempts to access the internal Career Section via SSO.   Subsequent attempts do not have the error and the Candidate is able to access the Career Section. 

NOTE:  If symptoms are 'opposite', that is there is no 403 error on the first attempt but subsequent attempts do have the error, please see:  (Doc ID 2232544.1)
