Symptoms

Unable to perform the database backup. Database backup utility reported the following error:
Cannot get the list of backups, possible reasons the db is not open:
Copyright (c) 1982, 2017, Oracle and/or its affiliates. All rights reserved.
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
RMAN-00554: initialization of internal recovery manager package failed
RMAN-00569: =============== ERROR MESSAGE STACK FOLLOWS ===============
RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-04005: error from target database...Unlocked the WebLogic Server domain configuration
