Symptoms
When attempting to access the Fusion Application "Fusion Test", the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Attempt login
2. (https://<custom_identity>.oraclecloud.com/fscmUI/faces/FuseWelcome )
3. UI returns error: "There Is A Problem With Your Account. Please Contact Support"
