Profile Attributes Not being Updated in Agent Interface (Doc ID 2430626.1)

Symptoms

On 18B MP2 HF1 customers have access to dynamic properties of a profile in the agent interface (e.g., https://<hostname>/occs-agent/#!/customers/profile?customerId={id}),
however, there are two particular cases that do not allow changing dynamic property values.

1. Text input field

    In case of 'deletion', the request payload does not include the dynamic property key-value pair, however in case of 'update' the request payload includes the key-value pair hence new value is saved.

2. Checkbox

    This type of property always does not take the change to the payload of the request on submission.
