History Tree Table Error- JBO-25013: Too many objects match the primary key oracle.jbo.Key (Doc ID 2430633.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------------
User has navigates to Person Management, searches for the person number - AAA and clicks on Correct Employment for effective dated row - 14th May 2018 and enters the correct working hours. There are no approvers in the transaction, so the user gets a 'History tree error'.

The user again initiates the transaction, still gets the History tree error.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error occurred while displaying History Tree table. Error in evaluation routing slip. Check the underlying exception and correct the error in the routing slip

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------------
Expected to correct the working hours on Manage Employment page without any error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Applications.
2. Search for the person number AAA
3. Click on the View History and select the past dated row - 14-May-2018 and click on Edit > Correct
4. Enter the correct working hours
5. Click on Review.
6. Error occurs - Error occurred while displaying History Tree table. Error in evaluation routing slip. Check the underlying exception and correct the error in the routing slip
