Symptoms
User can't add any item to requisition line to create a transfer order due to the below error because the transfer pricing rule is defined as Pricing Strategy.
Also user have created a lot of transfer order but with another transfer pricing rule
Error
An error occurred while retrieving the transfer price. Contact the Procurement application administrator. (POR-2010597)

Transfer Price Derivation Process: No pricing strategy matrix was found for the transaction.. (FOS-3465271)
