Symptoms
User can't add an item to a Requisition Line to create a Transfer Order due to the below error because the Transfer Pricing Rule is defined as Pricing Strategy.

An error occurred while retrieving the transfer price. Contact the Procurement application administrator. (POR-2010597)

Transfer Price Derivation Process: No pricing strategy matrix was found for the transaction.. (FOS-3465271)
