Goal
Prevent auto Purchase Order (PO) creation when Negotiation flag is checked but no Agreement is associated.
User created "DFF- Negotiation Flag" for a particular requirement.
By clicking on the Negotiated flag, and not entering an Agreement, an auto PO can be created. This does not meet the business requirement. Can personalization be done to control the Agreement field using the Negotiated check box?
The requirement is to prevent the system from creating a PO automatically when the Negotiation box is enabled and there is no Contract Purchase Agreement (CPA) associated to it.
