Unable to Add Record And/or Line Item Attachments to RFB Records Utilizing New User Interface (Doc ID 2430930.1)

When users trigger the upload/adding of an Attachment to either the Record and/or Line Item, the application lets them browse for the file(s) and shows the progress after the upload is triggered. However, no attachments are shown as being added to the record in the UI.

When viewing the Line Items, the right pane where the line item information would be displayed looks like data wants to load as we can briefly see the column headers but the UI very quickly returns no attachments.

When the New User Interface (new UI) is enabled the bidder should be able to add Attachments to both the Record and Line Item.

NOTE: Attachments to the Record and Line Item can be made using the classic view (old UI), but there is a secondary problem preventing the user from opening the View Form. This can be used as a work around by clicking on the gear icon next to the record and selecting Create, and this is a work around for the Attachment issue when the new UI is being utilized.
