When attempting to launch Primavera Virtual Desktop (PVD) using the java method, the Secure Global Desktop loading window opens within the browser bug generates the following error:
Unable to launch the application
When clicking the details button > Exception tab, the following error is displayed:
Failed to validate signing of launch file. The signed version does not match the downloaded version.
The following steps can be utilized to reproduce this issue:
- Browse to the Cloud portal page.
- Click the Primavera Virtual Desktop link.
- Note the reported error.
