Information in this document applies to any platform.
Customer has Ship Confirmed a Shipment which results in the following:
1. The Shipment is closed
2. Shipment Line Status is changed to Shipped
3. Order line Status is changed to Awaiting Billing
NOTE: in this instance the Send Shipment ESS process has been executed for the Shipment
Customer expectation is that the Shipment Line Status should be changed to Interfaced and Inventory transactions for the shipment should be performed.
