Cancel Transaction Rejected With An Error (Doc ID 2431174.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Loyalty Transactions

Cancel transaction rejected with an error

Canceling a transaction on UI is rejected with the following error:
An error occurred while processing by the OBR Rule engine. Detail of error Decision function ORA_TXN_RED_ORA_RED_CNCL_DF was not found in dictionary oracle.apps.sales.loyalty.ProgramXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. (LOY-5595256). (LOY-5595263)

Steps:
Go to Loyalty - Transactions > select a transaction > click Actions - Cancel Transaction
=> A transaction is created with sub-type of 'Cancellation' but its status is 'Rejected'

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a Transaction
2. Cancel the Transaction from UI
3. Error occurs


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot cancel the Transaction.
