Contract Custom Template Does Not Reflect When Clicked on Contract Preview (Doc ID 2431297.1)

Rel 13, Contracts
 

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Custom template is not working correctly. Following issues are seen:
1 First page (Where normally contract overview and lines details appear on Oracle seeded RTF templates) need to be removed
2 Tag for "Contract Terms and Conditions" need to be removed.
3 "SIGNED for" bold area need to be removed form both the templates.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
Template should be working correctly

STEPS
-----------------------

1) Go to Contract
2) Use attached template
3) The output has defects mentioned above
