"Open Existing Analysis" Is Not Working After Upgrade (Doc ID 2431313.1)

Symptoms

Whenever user is trying to use the Open Analysis button from reports tab after R36 upgrade the following happens.....

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

The application should allow the user to access the Open Analysis button without any issues.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
-------------------------------
The Open Analysis does not open for the user.

STEPS:


1. Click Reports tab

2. Click Design Analysis

3. Click Open Analysis

Nothing happens.
