RF Pick Cart Not Prompting User To Scan OBLPN To Confirm Pick (Doc ID 2431386.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The RF Pick Cart screen configured with 'pick-confirmation' flag set to 'OB LPN'.

Even though there are multiple OBLPNs on the cart, the RF SCreen is not prompting the user to scan the OBLPN barcode to complete each pick.

Also the 'item-barcode-scan' flag is set to 'Prompt SKU' but we are not being asked to scan the SKU barcode.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
Expect the RF screen to prompt for OBLPN during Pick Cart.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Connect to the RF.
2. Navigate to Pick Cart.
3. Enter Pick Cart Number.

Notice the System is not prompting for OBLPN.
