Expected Result: When the bidder logs into the bidding interface they should be able to open the Request for Bid (RFB) type Business Process record without incident.
Actual Result: The following Unifier Notification is returned: The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.
