"Alert: An ETL is already in Progress" When Attempting to Run or Schedule an ETL Job (Doc ID 2431564.1)

In the Primavera Analytics Administration page (in the Primavera Cloud environment), an ETL job is unable to be run manually. When attempting to start the staretl job, the following alert is displayed and there is no entry of an ETL Start Date in the Status page:


"An ETL is already in Progress"


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Analytics Administration page.
2. On the staretl source, click Actions -> Click Run ETL
3. A pop-up box is displayed with an alert: An ETL is already in Progress


The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run an ETL process to transfer data from the Unifier Staging tables to the Data Warehouse tables.
