Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Global Human Resources

Customer receives this error when navigating to the directory:

ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #13


This error started to pop up after applying R13 18B patch in POD

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigator > Directory

When support views the logs for the error the customer receives, they will see this error as the cause:

ADFC-0619: Authorization check failed: '/WEB-INF/oracle/apps/hcm/homePage/publicUi/personSpotLight/flow/PersonSpotLightFlow.xml#PersonSpotLightFlow' 'VIEW'.
