Visa And Permit Section In The Hiring Page Is Erroring Out While Changing LE (Doc ID 2431738.1)

While doing a hiring process the HR is selecting the Legal Entity first, and then changing it to a different Legal Entity immediately and moving to the next train stop, while entering the visa and permit information the application is throwing an error.

Refresh is not happening when LE is changed and tab out.

Issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Navigate to New Person>Hire an Employee
2. Provide Legal Employer to say xyz
3. Then change LE to abc
4. click Next and provide Visa and permit details
4. Observe error.
