When attempting to to navigate to Analytics in UI, the following error occurs:

An Application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator
2. Reports and Analysis
3. Attempt to edit or view reports from the dots on the right side
4. Error occurs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot edit or view reports in Reports and Analytics in OSC.
