How to display '0' for all cells of a null row in OTBI report?

Goal
On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Analytics
Customer wanted to create a BI analysis to display the number of records of account,contact, activities and opportunities created per resource in last 7 day.
However, it is found that the record cannot display 0 for below setting.
1.After applying ifnull function to display 0 when the record is null
2.Check 'include rows with only null values' in table property.
