Unable to search for two users
I have two people that I know of that are unsearchable. I have confirmed they are active in the system however they cannot be searched in person management or directory.
I can see them in reports and through the profile search screen. From the profile search screen I cannot see person details as the screen is blank.
I researched this issue and tried running the update person keyword search and person sync but neither of those scheduled jobs fixed the issue.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
enter person name
Click Manager person and blank screen displays
Search person management no results
