Symptoms

On Unifier : Unifier Any Version

When attempting to create line items in a bid business process record, bidder receives the following error:

ERROR

The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Bidder logs in to bidder portal
  2. Bidder opens the bid, clicks Create, and attempts to open a line item to add bid details

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, bidders are not able to add line items to bids.
