ParseXML() Function Is Not Working In SOA 12.2.1.2 Version After Applying Patch 24491916 (Doc ID 2432032.1)

Symptoms


ParseXML() function is not working in SOA 12.2.1.2 version results the below error. This issue was resolved by apply <Patch:24491916> in lower environments. <Patch:24491916> works on one environment (lower) and other environments it fails (either on one node or both the nodes) for exact same payload which works in lower environment.
