ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Object Workflow not working

yesterday we had the upgrade to R13 in the production. Now the object workflows are not working anymore. No changes were made on these workflows. In the staging environment all of these workflows were working with R13.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Email Notifications should be sent

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Opportunities > Update the Opportunity having the criteria return true to send the email notifications
