Goal
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Compute Service allows setup of a Console Connection in order to investigate boot or restart issues.
For compute instances running Windows OS, it is recommended to setup a VNC connection, which can be referenced in the Instance Console Connections documentation:
Most users will be able to follow the instructions in the documentation and have it work successfully.
However some users may run into issues. This note will provide tips for common issues when running these PowerShell commands.
