Goal

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Compute Service allows the set up of a Console Connection to investigate boot and restart issues.

For Compute instances that run Windows operating system (OS), it is recommended to set up a Virtual Network Computing (VNC) connection. For more information, see Instance Console Connections.

Most users will be able to follow the instructions in the document and have it work successfully. 

However, some users may face some issues. This document provides tips for common issues when running these PowerShell commands.
