Lot Uniqueness error displayed when performing a Transfer Order receiving in the Destination Org

Symptoms
There are two issues being addressed in this document:
1. The below Lot Uniqueness error is being displayed when performing a Transfer Order receiving on a Lot-Controlled item from Source Inventory Organization to Destination Inventory Organization
Error - "You cannot use the lot specified because it violates the lot uniqueness rule defined for the item or organization. (WSH-2460578)"
2. Customer then tried to update the Lot Uniqueness parameter as 'Unique across items' in Source Org, and received the below Error message:
"APP-INV-05381:Lot numbers exist that have been used for different items Lot uniqueness will be violated - updated not allowed"
